Demo script

Before you start: sign in to your gateway’s /connect page, connect GitHub, and keep writes blocked. Connect your MCP client to https://<your-gateway>/mcp.

  1. Show the home page. Say: “capa generates a Cloudflare service binding from a provider’s OpenAPI spec. The catalog has 16 APIs.”

  2. Show the Stripe code at the top of the home page. Say: “My Worker calls env.STRIPE.paymentIntents.create. The Stripe key is a secret on the capa Worker, so my Worker never reads it. The call returns the result and an evidence record with the request URL and the response status.”

  3. Ask your agent: Use capa to get my GitHub login and the star count of acoyfellow/capa. Show the answer and "verdict": "pass". Say: “The gateway calls the same capa Workers through service bindings. The agent’s code ran in a Worker Loader sandbox with no network access. The GitHub token stays encrypted in my vault.”

  4. Ask your agent: Star cloudflare/workers-sdk on GitHub. The agent gets “The user has blocked writes for github”. Open /connect. Show the Read only badge on GitHub, then Manage and Allow writes, then Revoke under MCP clients. Say: “Writes stay blocked until I allow them on this page. Revoke stops the agent’s token on its next call.”

If the agent says github is not connected, connect GitHub on /connect and ask again.
